Job description

We are a fast-growing, cutting-edge learning consultancy that offers the opportunity to create innovative learning solutions for some of the world’s largest companies.

We work across modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, Mobile, Workbooks, videos, and blended solutions) and industries including telecommunications, banking, insurance, and fast-food.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Create training schedules based on multiple inputs.
  2. Coordinate and manage logistics for virtual training programs, including scheduling sessions, maintaining data sheets, and setting up equipment/classrooms.
  3. Set up training labs and equipment as needed.
  4. Monitor virtual sites and instructors to track training progress.
  5. Support instructors by resolving issues promptly, serving as the main point of contact.
  6. Ensure instructors stay on track with training schedules.
  7. Assess and track the effectiveness of training programs.
  8. Document feedback to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  9. Provide debriefs to operations learning teams post-training.
  10. Arrange travel bookings as necessary.

The ideal candidate:

  • Possesses excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Has knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Capable of working independently, remotely, and virtually.
  • Experienced in scheduling and managing training timelines.
  • A quick learner who understands workflows and goals.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative.
  • Motivated to thrive in a growing, dynamic environment.
