Training Coordinator

We work across modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, Mobile, Workbooks, videos and blended solutions) and across industries from telecommunications to banking to insurance to fast-food.

Job Responsibilities :

• Create training schedules based on multiple inputs.
• Coordinate and manage the logistics of virtual training programs; coordinate training sessions, manage and maintain instructor and learner schedules, maintain data sheets, equipment / classroom set-up.
• Coordinate the delivery and / or set-up training labs and equipment as needed.
• Actively check in on virtual sites and instructors to track training progress.
• Support instructors and solve problems, reacting quickly and productively, serving as the main point of contact and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve.
• Ensure instructors are on track.
• Track effectiveness of training programs.
• Document feedback to help the learning department identify strengths as well as area of improvement.
• Provide training debriefs to operations learning teams.
• Manage / book travel as needed.

The ideal candidate :

• Excellent Project Management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple consecutive tasks and can plan ahead.
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
• Experience in MS Office, MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and in a virtual environment.
• Experience in scheduling and managing training schedules.
• Quick learner; able to understand workflow and daily goals.
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
• Ability to work on a team.
• Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
