Job summary

Peninsula Canada is seeking motivated individuals to join the Trailblazer Sales Programme and launch a rewarding career in sales. This office-based role offers hands-on exposure to industry-leading HR and OHS services, world-class sales training, and commission from day one.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred or required.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building over the phone.
• Ambition, competitiveness, and drive to succeed in a high-energy sales role.
• Resilience and coachability with a daily learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day and generate at least 3 appointments daily.
• Collaborate with a field sales colleague to promote Peninsula’s services to small and medium businesses.
• Schedule opportunities with business owners/directors and work with the Business Development Manager to close new deals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and manage it to drive revenue growth.
