Trail Appliances invites you to join our leading Western Canada appliance team. This role starts with guaranteed salary during training for 12 months, then transitions to a 100% commission structure with uncapped earnings potential.

You will engage customers in showrooms and by phone, delivering expert guidance and outstanding service. We value entrepreneurial, resilient professionals who thrive on meeting sales targets, building relationships, and contributing to a collaborative team culture

Qualifications

• Min 3 to 5 years retail or sales experience.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
• Appliance or industry knowledge.
• Second language: Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Punjabi, and Hindi.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Proactively pursue and hunt for business through cold calling, networking, and community presence.
• Consult with customers over the phone and in our showrooms providing guidance on products and exceptional customer service.
• Welcome and greet customers, addressing objections with timely solutions and credible advice.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Work as a team player to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
