Job summary

Trail Appliances is the leading independent appliance retailer in Western Canada, with over 500 employees across BC. As a Sales Representative, you will pursue new business, consult with customers in showrooms and by phone, and strive to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

You start with a guaranteed salary during a 12‑month training period, choosing the higher of the commission or training salary, then move to a 100% commission structure with incentives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail or sales experience in a similar role or customer service setting.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel to assigned store or learning facility.
• Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.

Responsibilities

• Pursue and hunt for business through cold calling, networking, and community presence.
• Consult with customers in our showrooms and over the phone to guide them to relevant products.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets while delivering high‑level customer service.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, results‑oriented work environment.
• Stay current with Trail systems, products, pricing, and market trends.
