Trail Appliances in Surrey, BC, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our showrooms and drive customer-focused appliance sales. You will build relationships, guide customers to the best products, and contribute to a dynamic, results-driven team.

During a training period, you will receive a guaranteed salary, then transition to a 100% commission structure with potential for in-house and manufacturer incentives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail or sales experience in a similar role or customer service setting.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store or learning facility.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.

Responsibilities

• Proactively pursue and hunt for business through cold calling, networking, and community presence.
• Consult with customers over the phone and in showrooms, guiding them to suitable appliance needs with sound advice.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, consistent customer experience.
