Job summary

Charton Hobbs Inc. is seeking a Marketing Associate for British Columbia, based in Burnaby. The role supports the Marketing Director, BC in executing and coordinating trade marketing activities across AWSM’s wine and spirits portfolio.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, suppliers, and external partners to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and on schedule. This position emphasizes analytics, campaign execution, and brand activation within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, trade marketing support, analytics, sales support, or related roles.
• Experience in beverage alcohol, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or a related industry is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of trade marketing programs and promotional activities across retail and on‑premise channels.
• Prepare campaign materials including trade decks, sales support materials, and promotional assets.
• Coordinate digital marketing initiatives and content deployment.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution requirements to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Assist with tastings, events, and supplier visits.
• Coordinate event logistics and materials.
• Ensure materials align with brand standards.
