The position involves standing for 8 hours, rotating through 3 shifts with possible weekends, and maintaining production records while ensuring safety and PPE usage. Pay rate is $19 per hour, with opportunities for internal advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assembling, performing quality checks, and packaging products per standard work instructions.
  • Meeting or exceeding team production goals on a consistent basis.
  • Loading/unloading items from machines and conveyors.
  • Observing equipment and reporting malfunctions; wearing PPE at all times.
  • General cleanup and maintenance of the work area.

Required Qualifications
  • Excellent English Communication Skills (oral and written)
  • Some experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Able to be on your feet and moving for an 8-hour shift
  • Flexibility with regard to hours and scheduling, 3 shift rotation and possible weekends.
  • Light quality-control experience a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities
  • Assembling, performing quality checks, and packaging products per the Standard Work Instruction
  • Meeting or exceeding all team production goals on a consistent basis
  • Loading and unloading items from machines and conveyances
  • Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
  • Observing equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notifying operators of any malfunctions Wearing all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at all times while in work areas
  • Performing general cleanup and maintenance of your work area

  • Perform other duties as required
