Job summary

Trillium Rail Partners is seeking an OCS-TPSS Work Package Manager to oversee the full lifecycle delivery of the Traction Power Supply System across the ECWE project. You will lead TPSS design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning, coordinating with civil, track, OCS, and signaling teams to ensure readiness.

The role requires 7–10 years in railway electrification, strong leadership, and proven management of complex infrastructure projects. A PMP or P.Eng.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in railway electrification systems.
• Proven experience in railway, metro, or LRT infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a project management or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage TPSS activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate interfaces with civil works, track systems, OCS, signaling, SCADA, and testing.
• Prepare and maintain progress schedules, monthly reports, risk/ issue logs, and handover documentation.
