Job summary

Trillium Rail Partners seeks a Civil/Systems Interface Specialist to coordinate and integrate interfaces between rail systems, civil infrastructure, utilities, and external stakeholders on the ECWE project in the Greater Toronto Area. The role ensures interface requirements are identified, documented, and resolved through design, construction, testing, and commissioning phases.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in systems integration and interface management on large transport

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in systems integration and interface management on transit projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction activities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering, interfaces, requirements & configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interfaces between rail systems, civil works and utilities.
• Lead interface meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
• Review designs to ensure interface requirements are integrated.
• Maintain interface registers and action tracking logs.
• Prepare interface status reports and escalate risks as needed.
