Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a seasoned Work Package Manager for the Overhead Catenary System (OCS) and Traction Power Supply System (TPSS) within a major railway project in Canada. You will lead design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring safe, On-time, and within-budget delivery across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field (Master’s is an asset).
• 7–10 years in railway electrification systems (OCS and TPSS).
• 3–5 years in a project management or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all OCS–TPSS activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Ensure delivery meets schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate engineering design teams (OCS and TPSS).
• Manage OCS and TPSS contractors and suppliers; review technical documentation.
