Job summary

TP in Toronto is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive conversion for inbound and outbound new business acquisition for digital ads for the leading AI company. You will identify, engage, and close new clients with a consultative, proactive hunter mindset and strong digital marketing knowledge.

This 100% on-site role requires experience in pre-sales, B2B sales, outbound activities, and CRM usage (Salesforce).

Qualifications

Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification.
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
Experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
Experience managing or using databases.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential digital ads clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling).
Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover.
Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.
