• Advanced public speaking capabilities and presentation proficiency.
• Previous background operating within a highly structured commercial sales framework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Training Manager to design and execute curricula for various product offerings, ensuring alignment with specific needs and evolving feature releases.
• Define and document comprehensive educational paths for every role on a quarterly cycle.
• Integrate industry-leading techniques to boost overall commercial results and business yields.
• Serve as a technical authority for AI-powered marketing solutions, dedicating 80% of efforts to instruction and 20% to operational support.
• Partner with Sales Analysts to evaluate and report on educational impact, providing data-driven insights to leadership teams and external stakeholders.
