• Strong performance marketing skills including paid search, paid social, and display advertising campaign management.
• Proficiency with analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience with SEO, content marketing, and understanding of how performance marketing integrates with organic search and AI search visibility.
• Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and attribution analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and content teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in B2B SaaS or digital marketing for technology companies is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
