Overview

The Digital Manager is a performance media leader responsible for bridging execution, data, and learning across paid channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic, and emerging digital platforms.

This role owns the translation of business objectives into scalable, measurable performance marketing systems, ensuring media investment drives qualified lead growth, efficiency, and long-term optimization—not just short-term channel metrics.

The Digital Manager is expected to operate as:

• A strategic media partner to clients
• A governance and quality lead across platforms, measurement, and AI-enabled optimization
• A capability multiplier for teams through thought leadership, training, and best practices

• Lead performance media strategy and execution across paid channels
• Use media as a learning layer to inform content, CRO, and experience decisions

Qualifications

Strategic & Performance Expertise

• Deep experience planning and executing performance-driven media programs across paid search, paid social, and programmatic
• Strong command of full-funnel media strategy, including discovery, mid-funnel consideration, and lower-funnel conversion
• Ability to align media strategy with platform delivery mechanics, audience intent, and measurable business outcomes (lead quality, CPA efficiency, downstream value)

Data, Measurement & Optimization Leadership

• Advanced knowledge of:
• Conversion tracking and tagging governance
• Audience modeling, lookalike and predictive modeling
• Value-based bidding and "Bid to X" frameworks
• Experience translating performance signals into actionable insights for clients and internal teams
• Comfort operating across attribution models and funnel-level reporting (not siloed channel views)

AI-Enabled Media & Automation Governance

• Hands-on experience applying AI across:
• Audience discovery and expansion
• Bidding optimization
• Creative performance analysis
• Proven ability to establish guardrails, success criteria, and human oversight so automation serves business outcomes—not just platform efficiency

Operational & Leadership Capability

• Demonstrated ability to:
• Standardize processes and improve operational efficiency
• Own media trafficking standards and QA
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with analytics, web and creative teams
• Strong communication skills, including client education, POV development, and senior-level storytelling
• Experience mentoring and upskilling teams

Salary

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $75k -85k per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
