Job summary

Teleperformance Canada – Downtown Toronto is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive inbound and outbound digital ads business for leading AI advertising solutions. You will identify, engage, and close new clients with a consultative approach and strong digital marketing knowledge.

The role focuses on building a robust sales pipeline, maintaining CRM accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams for onboarding and customer success. A dynamic, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem)
• Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction
• Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
• Self-prospecting capabilities
• Revenue/target-driven mindset
• Experience managing or using databases

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential digital ads clients through inbound & outbound prospecting
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
• Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
• Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable
