Kitchener Hyundai is seeking a Sales Consultant to guide customers toward the right Hyundai vehicle, conduct test drives, and present trade-in options. You will structure deals and collaborate with management to close sales while building lasting relationships with customers.

The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, high energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with ongoing training and feedback.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted OMVIC license and valid Ontario driver's license with a clean record.
• Strong communication skills and high energy are required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or automotive sales is preferred.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Guide & consult customers to help them discover the right Hyundai based on needs, lifestyle and budget.
• Deliver the experience with features presentations, test drives, and trade-in evaluations.
• Structure deals by presenting financing options and working with management to close sales.
• Build lasting relationships through customer deliveries, follow-ups, and repeat business via outstanding service.
• Stay ahead with strong product knowledge of Hyundai lineup, including EV and hybrid tech.
