Qualifications

• Completion of a related post-secondary program and/or training courses is considered an asset.
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as driving cars, clearing snow and potentially standing for long periods of time.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a safe driving history.
• Must be OMVIC certified.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with retail customers in person and on the phone.
• Provide assistance with setting up and explaining vehicle features
• Remain in constant contact with both existing and potential customers
• Regularly update Managers and software with status and progress updates.
• Become an integral part of a cohesive team environment that strives to create the best possible experience for our Parts, Service and Sales customers
