Job summary

Cambridge Hyundai is seeking an automotive sales manager to drive performance for new and pre-owned vehicles. You will lead a team, implement sales and marketing plans, and ensure high lead-to-sale conversion while maintaining a compliant, safe work environment.

With 1–3 years of dealership sales management experience, you will foster relationships with clients, manage CRM-driven initiatives, and oversee budgeting and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of automotive dealership sales management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute short, medium, and long-term sales objectives for new and pre-owned vehicle sales.
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual goals.
• Contribute to dealership marketing initiatives and lead conversion from leads to sales.
• Monitor performance metrics related to sales and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to promote the dealership's brand.
