Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests with hospitality and product knowledge.
• Prepare beverages according to standards and mark lids/pots.
• Prepare food items such as bagels, wraps, sandwiches with proper builds and safety.
• Operate ovens/egg cookers and bake muffins, donuts, breads, eggs, sausages, etc.
• Ensure all showcase specifications are met.
• Daily cleaning of production and back-of-house areas.
• Receive and store inventory and stock FOH daily.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant interior and equipment.
• Work with speed to fill orders and meet guest needs.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints and resolve issues.

How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.
The hourly wage for this role is $17.95. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. As a Tim Hortons Team Member, you will:

• Take orders from guests with exceptional hospitality through friendly attitude, attentive behavior and strong product knowledge.
• Prepare different types of beverages according to standards including marking lids and pots.
• Prepare food items such as bagels, wraps, sandwiches following proper builds as well as maintaining food safety standards.
• Operate ovens/egg cookers and prepare baked products as assigned such as muffins, donuts, breads, eggs, sausages, etc.
• Ensure all showcase specifications are met.
• Cleaning of the production area and back of the house area on a daily basis.
• Receive and Store Inventory in BOH during delivery as well as stock up items in FOH daily.
• Maintaining a clean Restaurant interior.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment each shift.
• Maintains Speed of Service by working efficiently with a sense of urgency to fill orders and meet Guests needs.
• Promptly executes service recovery for any Guest concerns or complaints by making it right with the Guest.
