Job summary

Tim Hortons Mount Royal University in Calgary is seeking individuals to support daily operations in a busy kitchen and dining area. You will assist with customer service, food preparation, initial baking, and dishwashing while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires a Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent, with prior food service experience considered an asset. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and strong English communication

How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.

As a General Help:

• Assist with customer service, food preparation, initial baking and cooking of foods, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management

About you:

• You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
• Previous and food services experience is an asset
• Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
