Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations in a healthcare setting in Lethbridge. You will handle cleaning, food preparation, meal service and dishwashing as part of a dedicated team.

This role requires a valid Food Handler Certificate, the ability to work independently or with others, and strong English communication to follow instructions and report safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset.
• Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long‑term care setting is preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.
• Perform housekeeping in residents' rooms and common areas; set up/cleanup of chairs and tables; deliver trays.

How you will make an impact:

You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.

As a Multi Skilled Worker, you will:

• Perform housekeeping duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of residents’ rooms and common areas.
• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management

About you:
