Qualifications

• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Previous food and beverage experience or completion of a Hospitality Management Certificate.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
• Demonstrate positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner and ensure delivery of consistently outstanding service by all associates.
• Help to oversee dining operations and supervise the servers, support staff, culinary team, and bartenders.
• Lead, train, coach, and mentor the team.
• Answer guest inquiries and address concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs.
• Maintain brand standards in setting up, maintaining, taking down a high-end buffet.
• Develop and maintain relationships with season ticket holders, anticipating guests needs.
