Job summary

Compass Group Canada is hiring experienced Supervisors to lead hospitality teams, support the Unit Manager, and ensure outstanding guest experience. The role emphasizes floor leadership, coaching, and adherence to Food Safety and Always Fresh standards.

You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and help optimize service levels during peak periods, while upholding company policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate and flexible to opening/closing and overnight shifts including weekends.
• Experience as a supervisor in food service is an asset.
• Guest-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Manager in leading the team and ensuring optimal coverage across shifts.
• Follow and enforce all restaurant policies, food safety standards, and Always Fresh guidelines.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high service levels.
• Monitor costs through portion control and waste minimization, and coach team members as needed.
• Provide feedback, training, and performance follow-ups to strengthen the team.
