Job summary

This permanent, full-time position offers a commission-based pay structure and potential weekly earnings ranging from $900 to $1,400, with regular travel across the province and a focus on building long-term customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or territory management.
• Willing to travel across British Columbia.
• Valid driver's license and eligible to work in Canada.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Excel and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the province to meet with retail store owners and buyers.
• Present product lines, promotions, and new product opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Analyze sales performance and inventory trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and recommend product orders using inventory management tools.
• Create sales reports and presentations to support customer meetings.
• Maintain and organize product displays within retail locations.
• Support merchandising initiatives and ensure products are presented effectively.
• Collaborate with vendor partners and customers to maximize sales performance.
