Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd. currently seeks a Territory Manager – Underground & Tree Care for our Halifax location.

The role focuses on selling new and used equipment such as Ditch Witch and Morbark across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island, building relationships, and expanding market share. You will collaborate with Parts, Service, and Finance to provide integrated solutions, travel extensively within the region, and achieve sales targets while maintaining detailed activity records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in construction or heavy equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
• Promote Underground and Tree Care products to strengthen brand presence.
• Negotiate sales contracts to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Finance to provide integrated solutions.
• Monitor customer operations and anticipate needs with proactive solutions.
• Prepare weekly customer status reports and track opportunities.
• Coordinate equipment check-ins, upfits, and delivery schedules with Sales Coordinators.
• Complete sales documentation, travel plans, and expense reports promptly.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
