Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager for Underground and Tree Care products at our St-Augustin Construction and Forestry location.

The role focuses on selling new and used equipment, developing business opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships to grow revenue and market share. Responsibilities include creating territory strategies, pursuing new opportunities, and coordinating with Parts, Service and Finance to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share within the AOR.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and responding to market trends.
• Promote Brandt’s Underground and Tree Care line to customers to strengthen brand presence and increase sales.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and referrals.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Finance to provide integrated solutions.
