What You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and maintain strong customerrelationships within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of existing accounts.
- Conductregular customer visits to understand customer needs and identifyopportunities for Brandt's products and services.
- Promote Brandt's capabilities in steel processing, fabrication, machining, industrialrepair, and coating services.
- Prepare customer quotations and proposals in collaboration with engineering,estimating, and operations teams.
- Follow up on open quotations and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer activity records, opportunity pipelines, and sales reports.
Support customersby coordinating solutions to address operational andmaintenancerequirements. - Monitormarket trends andcompetitor activities within the territory.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as required.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction andproject success.Work collaboratively with Operations Manger and other Territory Manager(s) todevelopthe territory sales strategy
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive customerexperience.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
What We Look For
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Engineering Technology, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Previous sales, customer service, or industrial experience is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, steel processing, fabrication, or industrial services is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
