Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Laval, QC seeks a Sales Coordinator to provide sales support across the team, handling administrative tasks, inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

You will deliver timely information, manage leads, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate customer records while contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional and courteous in all communications with customers, staff, and internal contacts.
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
  • Experience in the heavy equipment industry is an asset.
  • Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Territory Managers with technical sales info, quotes, and margin approvals for timely customer presentations.
  • Manage and track online sales leads for timely follow-up by the sales team.
  • Assist with territory mapping, industry research, lead gen, and tender docs to grow the pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the sales to maintain current inventory lists and product availability.
  • Assist in scheduling deliveries and sublets for timely fulfillment.
  • Manage new product arrivals and condition reports to keep inventory accurate.
  • Assist with walk-in and online inquiries and schedule follow-ups.
  • Maintain customer records and sales data for relationship management and reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data for aging inventory and sales programs.
  • Support inventory planning and product advertising with updated inventory data.
  • Assist with marketing materials: brochures, emails, website content, and promos.
  • Support events planning and coordination: industry events and trade shows.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Provide Territory Managers with technical sales information, quote preparation, and margin approvals to support accurate and timely customer presentations.

  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to provide insights on aging inventory, sales programs, and strategic planning.
  • Support inventory planning and product advertising efforts by maintaining updated inventory information for seamless marketing integration.
  • Assist in content development and maintenance of marketing materials including product brochures, email campaigns, website content, and promotional materials.
  • Support planning and coordination of industry events, trade shows, and customer appreciation events to strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty.
