Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and market share within an assigned Area of Responsibility across Canada. You will build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored sales solutions while providing product knowledge and after-sales support to ensure customer loyalty.

You will travel extensively, engage in proactive account development, and collaborate with Parts and Service teams to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel across the assigned territory.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Bilingual skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Sell new and used equipment across the designated Area of Responsibility to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans by identifying key strategic customers and expanding relationships.
  • Conduct an average of seven customer visits daily to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Acquire new customers and grow share of existing business through proactive engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Travel extensively within the AOR to cover all account locations.
  • Attend industry events and host customers to promote products and strengthen brand presence.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed customer status reports for informed sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with Sales Coordinators to schedule equipment check-ins and delivery parameters.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Complete all sales documentation, travel plans, and expense reports promptly.

The Territory Manager is responsible for driving business growth and market share within an assigned Area of Responsibility (AoR). This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and deliver tailored sales solutions. The Territory Manager develops strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets, while providing exceptional product knowledge and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Sell new and used equipment across the designated Area of Responsibility (AOR) to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans by identifying key strategic customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
  • Undertake an average of seven customer visits daily to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Acquire new customers and grow the share of existing customer business through proactive engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, including Parts and Service, to support customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Travel extensively throughout the AOR to cover all current and prospective account locations effectively.
  • Attend industry events and host customers to promote products, build brand presence, and strengthen client engagement.
  • Keep current on customers’ business activities and changing needs to anticipate and address market opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed customer status reports, including sales call activities and prospect account lists submitted weekly, to support informed sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with Sales Coordinators to schedule equipment check-ins and delivery parameters, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Participate actively in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed and contribute to team goals.
  • Complete all sales documentation, travel plans, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.
