Job summary

Qualicare Toronto West is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by developing and expanding healthcare referral partnerships within the territory. The role reports to the Executive Director and collaborates to convert referrals into active service agreements for nurse-managed home care.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in business development, healthcare preferred, with strong relationship-building, presentation skills, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in business development, healthcare or community-focused settings preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build partnerships.
• Experience managing referral pipelines and client conversion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured business development strategy for growth.
• Build and manage a high-value referral pipeline with hospitals, clinics and community partners.
• Convert referrals into active client services and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize referral handoffs and follow-up.
• Track metrics, monitor market trends, and report on pipeline performance.
