Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltée in Moncton, NB is seeking a driven Industrial Outside Sales Representative – Panel division to grow our panel and board product sales within the assigned territory.

You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets while supporting Richelieu’s expansion across Canada.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently or with teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hardware industry or related products is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the Newfoundland territory.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• College degree in Marketing or related field is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Richelieu’s product portfolio for panel solutions.
• Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives while maximizing profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
