Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltée/Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth and profitability for the Panel Products division across Southern Alberta. You will coach and support the sales team, develop strong customer relationships, and identify new opportunities while providing technical expertise on panel solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, market development, and collaboration with suppliers to grow market share and margin in a dynamic retail/building

Qualifications

College or University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field, asset.
7–10 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience supervising or leading a sales team.
Experience in sales, territory development, account growth in relevant markets.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Drive sales, gross margin, and territory growth across Southern Alberta.
Oversee territory performance and support market development.
Support the sales team with key accounts, business opportunities, and customer-related matters.
Contribute to panel product initiatives, supplier relationships, and market growth opportunities.
Provide leadership and direction to support the team’s overall sales effectiveness and execution.
