Job summary

The Fastener Group in Western Canada is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing sales team in Red Deer and surrounding area. You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth across the territory with travel as required.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will deliver product knowledge, quotes, and responsive service to customers while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth orders and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in tools and fasteners preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently while delivering high level of service.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven, positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines to provide effective solutions.
• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
• Deliver knowledgeable product support tailored to customer needs.
