Job summary

The Fastener Group Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager to join its sales team in Red Deer, Alberta. The role focuses on developing client relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding opportunities throughout Red Deer and the surrounding area, with frequent travel within the territory.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will provide product solutions, quotes, and excellent service while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to work independently while staying service oriented.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
