Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the Arista Sales team, representing Arista to our customers and aligning our technical resources to achieve their business outcomes. You will collaborate with Customer Engineers, Professional Services, and Executive teams to support customer success. This role typically reports to a Regional Sales Manager or Area VP of Sales.

What You'll Do

We are seeking a proven Territory Account Manager to join our sales organization in Montreal, Quebec. You will act as a trusted advisor, implementing sales strategies to exceed targets within Public Sector and Local Government accounts across Quebec.

Our ideal candidate has technical acumen and a successful track record in selling data center solutions, with a focus on quality and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales objectives and expand the Arista brand within 30-40 public sector and government accounts in Quebec.
  • Utilize a consultative approach with stakeholders to address business needs related to hybrid cloud and legacy IT systems, including Arista's product portfolio such as open networking platforms, high-performance data centers, Cognitive Campus Wi-Fi, DANZ Monitoring Fabric, NDR, and Endpoint Security solutions.
  • Meet with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives to present Arista’s value.
  • Work with systems engineers to design solutions that reduce total cost of ownership.
  • Partner with technology providers to identify prospects and demonstrate solutions.
  • Manage key channel relationships within your territory.
  • Develop account plans based on regular business reviews.
  • Conduct demand generation activities like happy hours, lunch-and-learns, and tech forums.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and best practices with peers.
  • Stay updated on partner solutions, competitors, and industry strategies.

You should have a hunter mentality, a proven sales record, and the ability to build relationships and act as a trusted advisor, delivering business value to end users and stakeholders.

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent, with 5+ years of technology sales experience.
  • Proven success in direct sales within target accounts and exceeding targets.
  • Background in data center or networking industries (LAN/WAN, SDN) from a partner, competitor, or end user perspective.
  • Strong network and relationships within the territory.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building at all levels.
  • Previous experience and technical knowledge in Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Data Center, Cloud, or related fields.
