Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted HPEFS advisor to channel partners, providing guidance on financial solutions, asset lifecycle services, and promotions supporting HPE’s portfolio.
- Work with partner sales reps and end-user customers to position HPEFS solutions that accelerate sales, improve deal economics, and drive growth.
- Develop customized proposals and structures aligned with customer needs and partner strategies, collaborating with HPE sales, distributors, and partners.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate entries, deal tracking, and forecasting.
- Achieve sales quotas for HPEFS solutions tied to HPE products, services, and software.
- Support joint account planning to identify opportunities, uncover demand, and generate revenue through financing solutions.
- Influence partner organizations to adopt HPEFS offerings in their go-to-market strategies.
- Meet regularly with partners and customers (virtually and in person) to deliver value, identify needs, and close deals.
- Ensure engagements comply with HPE legal, risk, and governance standards.
- Promote HPEFS tools, programs, and platforms to enhance partner productivity.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure aligned execution and deal success.
- Required to be onsite at partner location 3 days a week.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years in sales, channel, or partner management, preferably in IT, financial services, or tech solutions.
- Strong understanding of the IT channel ecosystem, including HPE partners and end-user sales processes.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations to craft proposals and close complex deals.
- Familiarity with HPEFS offerings or quick learner.
- Proficient in funnel management and forecasting; able to coach partners on pipeline hygiene.
- Motivated, organized, results-driven, with strong communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, partner portals, and sales tools preferred.

- Conseiller de confiance auprès des partenaires, fournissant expertise sur solutions financières et services liés au cycle de vie des actifs.
- Collaborer avec les commerciaux et clients finaux pour positionner les solutions HPEFS, accélérer les ventes, et stimuler la croissance.
- Élaborer des propositions personnalisées en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et partenaires.
- Gérer un pipeline d’opportunités, assurer la précision et le suivi des transactions.
- Atteindre les quotas de vente pour solutions HPEFS.
- Soutenir la planification conjointe pour identifier la demande et générer des revenus.
- Encourager l’intégration des offres HPEFS dans la stratégie des partenaires.
- Rencontrer régulièrement partenaires et clients pour transmettre de la valeur et conclure des affaires.
- S’assurer de la conformité avec les pratiques légales et de gouvernance.
- Promouvoir les outils et plateformes HPE.
- Collaborer avec diverses équipes internes pour assurer la réussite des deals.
Formation et expérience (French):
- Baccalauréat souhaité.
- 3-5 ans d’expérience en vente ou gestion de partenaires, dans l’informatique ou services financiers.
- Bonne compréhension de l’écosystème IT et des partenaires HPE.
- Capacité à élaborer des propositions convaincantes et à conclure des affaires complexes.
- Familiarité avec les offres HPEFS ou capacité à les apprendre rapidement.
- Maîtrise des principes de gestion de pipeline et de prévision.
- Motivation, organisation, compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
