Job summary

Irving Oil is hosting a Fixed Term Centralized Account Management Representative to manage an existing portfolio and drive sales growth within our commercial customer network in Saint John, NB. The role emphasizes portfolio management, territory development, and relationship-building to boost profits and share of wallet.

The 15-month contract requires 3–5 years in customer service and sales, strong MS Office skills, and Salesforce familiarity.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience in petroleum industry is an asset.
• Salesforce experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the assigned territory and set growth objectives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to execute marketing programs that grow sales and margins.
• Prioritize high-value accounts and develop loyalty strategies.
• Proactively contact high-value customers to identify needs and opportunities.
• Support monthly reporting and portfolio reviews.
• Prepare and present sales performance to leadership.
