Job summary

Kao Canada is seeking an Account Executive to drive profitable sales growth across a Windsor to Sarnia territory in Southwestern Ontario. You will prospect new accounts, expand existing relationships, and promote Kao Professional Hair products through consultative, on-site engagements with salon owners and stylists.

Collaborate with Area Sales Manager, Brand Executives, and Education team to deliver tailored strategies, support cross-brand growth, and increase service and retail revenue while

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years on-the-road consultative B2B sales.
• Experience in salon industry preferred.
• Strong ability to sell and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly territory sales budgets.
• Represent Kao Professional Hair in professional business attire during visits and events.
• Build and develop positive relationships with Kao employees and customers.
• Submit timely reporting and market feedback as requested by Area Sales Manager.
• Promote educational programs and company events.
• Stay current on Kao Professional Hair products.
