Job summary

Kao Canada is seeking an Account Executive to drive profitable sales growth in Windsor to Sarnia, promoting Kao Professional Hair products. You will prospect new accounts, expand existing relationships, and develop Joint Business Plans with salon owners and stylists.

You will work with Area Sales Manager, Brand Executives and Education team to deliver tailored strategies; a benefits package includes salary 50,000–55,000 CAD, bonus, car allowance, and flexible working.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of on-the-road consultative B2B sales experience.
• Prefer prior salon industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly territory sales budgets.
• Represent Kao Professional Hair in professional business attire during visits and events.
• Build strong relationships with salon owners and stylists.
• Submit reporting and market feedback to Area Sales Manager.
• Communicate and promote educational programs and events.
• Stay current on Kao Professional Hair products.
• Drive growth through new accounts and territory development.
• Present and negotiate effectively with customers.
