Job summary

Kao Canada is seeking an Account Executive to drive profitable sales growth in the Windsor to Sarnia territory, building consultative relationships with salon owners and stylists and promoting Kao Professional Hair products.

You will collaborate with the Area Sales Manager, Brand Executives, and Education team to deliver joint business plans and grow service and retail revenue, with a car allowance and bonus as part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of on-the-road, consultative B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly territory sales budgets.
• Represent Kao Professional Hair in professional business attire during visits and events.
• Build positive working relationships with Kao employees and customers.
• Submit reports and market feedback as requested.
• Promote educational programs and company events.
• Stay current on Kao Professional Hair products.
• Communicate Kao core values.
