Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking seasonal part-time staff to assist guests at the park, help build and maintain terrain features, and inspect daily for safety. You will also assist in event setup and teardown, and maintain signage and fencing for terrain areas.

Applicants should have advanced skiing or snowboarding experience, park knowledge, reliable transportation, and a positive, outgoing attitude. The role is outdoors in all weather and requires flexibility for 2–3 shifts per week.

• Provides physical assistance to guests at the park, when required.

• Is aware of and is compliant with the standards and tactics of the business unit as directed by their leaders through training and coaching.
