Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario's Georgian Bay region invites you to join our seasonal full-time night shift team. Enjoy a supportive environment, competitive wage of CAD 23.27 per hour, and opportunities to train and work across maintenance tasks on the ice and winter surfaces.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable transportation to the top of the mountain
• Great Team player
• Must be able to work overnights
• Knowledge of tractors and snow removal equipment is an asset

Responsibilities

• Assigns work to staff and supports in training delivery.
• Performs skate maintenance tasks, including plowing and ice surface maintenance.
• Diagnoses equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Covers winter activities maintenance such as rink equipment operation and snow removal.
• Participates in frontline staff performance evaluations.
• Assists with record keeping and water sampling tasks.

SEASONAL- FULL TIME (Night Shift)

WAGE-$23.27

• Assigns work to staff and supports in training delivery.


• Completes all tasks required of a Skate Maintenance associate, includes plowing, Shoveling maintaining ice surface and its surroundings


• Diagnoses equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.


• Completes all tasks required for Winter Activities Maintenance associates; includes using rink equipment, floods skating surface, snow removal. This includes the use of various tractor equipment.


• Participates in performance evaluations of frontline staff.


• Assists with record keeping and organization of water taking and water sample taking.
