You will oversee customer service, administrative tasks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while optimizing equipment and personnel utilization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility and vehicle maintenance requirements are met.

• Monitor daily reports and coordinate work schedules with proper staffing.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on recruitment, training, and discipline.
• Operate company truck as needed.

Job Description

This position of Terminal Manager will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Rouyn Noranda terminal and the surrounding service area.

• Day to day operations Rouyn Noranda service area , including Customer Service and Administrative responsibilities
• Ensuring Health and Safety standards are maintained
• Ensure Facility and Vehicle maintenance requirements are met
• Obtain optimum use of equipment and personnel, as well as ensuring that service standards are met or exceeded
• Monitoring and control of daily reports as required coordinate work schedules for terminal operations and ensure proper staffing levels are in place
• Work with Human Resources on recruitment, training, coaching and disciplinary issues
• Use of a Company Truck

Qualifications
