We are actively hiring for a Commercial Tenant Coordinator & Operations Manager to support our commercial and retail portfolio. This role serves as a key connection between tenant construction, commercial property operations, and Concord's internal teams, ensuring commercial spaces are effectively delivered, documented, maintained, and operated to Concord Pacific's standards.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial construction and building systems knowledge, including the ability to read and interpret architectural and consultant drawings, coordinate tenant improvements, manage contractors, and oversee property operations.
