Job summary

Crown, a leading real estate investment and management firm in Canada, seeks a Tenant Services Administrator to enhance tenant experiences across properties. You will be the primary contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors, coordinating requests, events, and communications with a strong service culture.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Property Management, Tenant Experience, and Operations teams to maintain high service levels, manage schedules, and support on-site activities and safety

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in customer service-driven roles is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or tourism-focused role is asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of tenant relations through regular contact and proactive attention to needs.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Review Tenant Experience Survey results and respond where necessary.
• Coordinate tenant move-in/move-out processes, including parking and events.
• Assist with parking administration and coordinate with third-party parking management.
• Maintain records of interactions, bookings, and correspondence.
• Manage Tenant Experience Calendar and communications to tenants and vendors.
