Prairie South Schools in Belle Plaine is seeking an Educational Assistant to support students with diverse needs at Belle Plaine Colony School. This temporary role starts ASAP and runs through June 25, 2027, with 6 hours per day.

In addition to those duties outlined in the job description, duties include supporting students with diverse needs and/or high behavioural needs.
The ability to do heavy work is required in some assignments (ie; exerting up to 100 lbs of force occasionally, up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to lift students and/or move objects).
In accordance with the current CUPE Local 5512 Collective Bargaining Agreement. Currently, this is a range of $22.49 to $26.43 per hour.
