Join GardaWorld as a Temporary Security Account Coordinator in Calgary. This is a 13-month contract position lasting until August 31, 2026.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as a client liaison and maintaining ongoing communication with client representatives and on-site security personnel.
• Monitoring staff performance and maintaining the site schedule, including shift coverage.
• Coordinating staff training and attending on-site security and safety meetings.
• Reporting to a Senior Account Manager and conducting weekly site visits.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Security Technology or equivalent (asset).
• Minimum 1+ years in a physical security environment.
• CPP designation or equivalent (asset).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, prioritize under stress, and a commitment to learning.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Hourly rate of $24.52
• Full medical and dental benefits after 3 months
• Day shift from 0800 to 1700, with some weekend on-call duties
• On-site parking included
