Account Manager – Dealer Spike Canada (Bi-Lingual French Canadian)

Dealer Spike is seeking a talented individual to join our Customer Success department as an Account Manager in our new Canadian entity. A primary function of this role is to develop professional relationships with our clients as we guide them through increasing their dealership's online presence with award-winning websites and strategic digital marketing solutions. We are passionate about driving customer results for our dealers!

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and creative problem-solver, motivated to improve our customer's experience. This role requires both customer relationship management and technical support. The individual should communicate effectively about our services, their implementation, and the value they bring to dealers by increasing website traffic, qualified leads, and results.

Account Managers are responsible for maintaining customer relationships, building value, retaining clients, and promoting additional marketing and website services. They should be comfortable with various tools, interpret statistical data, and suggest improvements for our dealers.

Here is more of what you’ll do:
The Technical Part
  • Handle client web requests via email, chat, and phone.
  • Maintain, update, and implement website changes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery).
  • Consult with clients on achieving their goals.
  • Provide tailored training tutorials.
The Account Manager Part
  • Develop professional relationships to enhance clients' online presence.
  • Understand each client's unique aspects.
  • Perform Monthly Reporting Calls.
  • Manage accounts focusing on revenue growth and retention.
  • Promote additional services and provide product training.
  • Coordinate with the Site Production Team for onboarding.
  • Keep records of interactions and process customer accounts.
  • Identify and proactively address retention risks.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Located in Canada
  • 2 years’ Customer Service experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication in English and French Canadian
  • Enjoys technical challenges and creative solutions
  • Effective collaboration skills
  • Ability to follow technical documentation
  • Typing speed of at least 45 wpm
  • Adaptable, energetic, team-oriented attitude
Preferred:
  • College Degree
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, LESS/SASS, JavaScript, jQuery, website design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
  • 1+ years in Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge of responsive web design and CSS frameworks
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React, AngularJS, Vue
  • Photoshop skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM and eCommerce
