Job summary

Eastlink is seeking a Business Support Coordinator in Halifax to join our team. You will attend virtual/in-person customer meetings as the subject matter expert and ensure the successful onboarding of new customers, delivering ongoing support to enhance satisfaction and retention.

The role requires coordinating with Sales, Repair and Marketing on telephony products, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment with willingness for local/regional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a related position; telephony experience is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of delivering superior customer service.
• Understanding of Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic, and Fiber Coax systems is an asset.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to troubleshoot telephone setups/systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME technical support to the Sales Team before, during and after customer sales.
• Coordinate with Sales and Repair to resolve escalated issues.
• Communicate with clients and sales team to propose service enhancements.
• Assist in training internal and external clients on new or updated products.
• Complete work orders and enter data into Eastlink's provisioning systems.
